After graduating from Christopher Newport University, Alicia built her career in client-focused roles across mortgage loss mitigation and customer service before returning to the real estate and mortgage industries in 2017. With a strong foundation in both markets, she brings a unique perspective to every transaction—one that values preparation, education, and informed decision-making.

In 2023, Alicia launched Merit Mortgage Group with the goal of building a business rooted in integrity, care, and long-term client relationships. Today, her background allows her to offer a more streamlined experience for clients who want clarity and efficiency throughout their real estate journey. While mortgage guidance is always optional, Alicia’s ability to understand both sides of the process helps reduce delays, improve communication, and create a smoother path from search to closing.

Above all, Alicia believes real estate is about people—not transactions. She is passionate about equipping her clients with the knowledge and confidence they need to make smart decisions, whether they’re purchasing their first home, moving into the next chapter, or planning for the future.

Outside of work, Alicia and her husband, Rob, are raising six energetic boys who keep them busy with everything from swimming and soccer to tennis. Alicia enjoys staying active through running, training, pickleball, and coaching her kids in their sports.
